Big things are happening in 2024.
Since our business began in 2015, we’ve been leading providers of specialist services in the Land, Planning and Affordable Housing sectors. Over the last eight years, our business has evolved, and our network of expert collaborators has grown.
In January 2024, we’re launching a new structure to our business: Collaborate Group, with two core offerings; Collaborate Land and Collaborate Living. Together, they form a greater suite of specialist land, planning and affordable housing services. This allows us to deliver a clearer, more focused package of services, connecting you with the right collaborators and services for your housing projects.

We started our business as Collaborate Living, the driving force behind honest, sustainable housing that brought both innovation and stability into the lives of people and communities. As we grew, there was a need to better represent the increased specialist support our clients need and our teams can offer – creating a new structure in Collaborate Group.
Under the brand of Collaborate Group, we collaborate with a diverse number of stakeholders across the Land, Planning and Affordable Housing sectors. Collaborate Group is the catalyst we need to drive innovation and change, bringing the decades of delivery experience and detailed expertise we have, and adding new and exciting strings to our bow in our core offerings – Collaborate Land and Collaborate Living.

We work with housing associations, delivery partners and landowners to drive placemaking and housing projects through collaboration, consideration and sustainable development. From feasibility stage to completed projects or helping you at any of the critical phases along the way, we deliver high quality homes and thriving places.
Taking risk and complexity out of the process, we help you navigate each step of the project to successfully deliver affordable housing for your communities. Whatever stage of the process you’re at, we’re your expert delivery partners. The decision to restructure was driven by two guiding principles:
- As our business has grown, we’ve been able to add more value to our client’s projects. We wanted to restructure to represent this value
