Context

The Paddock is located in Helsby, a charming and historic town just outside the vibrant town of Frodsham in the heart of Cheshire. With sought-after schools, a multitude of premium amenities and excellent transport links, The Paddock is the ideal spot for families and professionals.

Task

Collaborate Land worked on a project to assemble the right team and secure planning permission to create 15 beautiful new properties in a private Cheshire cul-de-sac, creating high-quality homes that add value to this thriving community. Design was crucial in this development, to make sure it was in keeping with the local aesthetic and provide attractive, elegant homes to the area.
