Context
The proposed site is located on the off Long Lee Lane, Long Lee, Keighley. The site lies within an existing residential area, with a number of nearby local amenities and public transport routes. The surrounding residential developments are mostly dated from the 19/20th century to the present time. Walls are built predominantly in Stone and roofs slate tiles.
Task
The proposals will provide a mixture of 2 and 3-bed houses. The site has been divided into two halves. This has been done to address site constraints including easements for over head cables. The northern site being more traditional estate and the Southern site being a smaller muse style development.
