Context

The site at Y Bluen Goch is located in the highly sought-after area of Conwy in North Wales. Collaborate Land worked in partnership with Hall & Co, leading on the land bid and negotiating with the agent and vendors on the deal structure and offer. We played a pivotal role in unlocking the site’s potential by facilitating the land acquisition process, bringing together the right delivery partners and liaising with key stakeholders, such as Conwy Council.

Task

Y Bluen Goch comprises of 24 properties with a selection of two, three and four-bed homes with shared equity. The scheme is inspired by the heritage and history of the local area. Residents will enjoy fantastic views from the man-made ‘Welsh Riviera’, though it remains rooted with rural character, surrounded by beautiful, natural greenspace and boasting breathtaking views of mountains to the south and sea to the north.
